Do trigger-point therapy: Whenever you feel tense, feel your neck and shoulders for a tight band of muscle tissue. Move your fingers around to find the 'epicentre' of the knot (you will feel some paint when you've located it). Press or squeeze it with moderate pressure for 5 to 10 seconds until the muscle starts to release. Repeat a few times.
