We love receiving contributions from our growing community!

Here's what you need to know:

Word count: No minimums but posts typically run between 250-800 words. Please stay under 800 words.

Original Content: We ask that posts submitted be unique and original to Glowpeople. We do not accept posts that have already been published or submitted elsewhere online (not even on your personal blog) or that you plan to distribute to other websites. You may however link our page to your website once it's up. Please make sure that your content is thorough, well studied and tried and tested before sending it our way! You may also submit videos, for example to demonstrate a recipe.

We do not accept content that is not in line with our philosophy: Glowpeople is all about leading a holistic, natural and wholesome life. We never recommend crazy diets or pills or anything extreme. If your submission references a business or service such as a weight-loss gimmick or supplement, then we will not consider it.

Compensation: We do not compensate contributors for posts, but we're more than happy to include a picture of you and your bio containing links to your website, Facebook, and Twitter accounts. This will feature at the bottom of your post when it goes live.  Glowpeople's community is rapidly growing and it's a great resource to promote what you're doing!

Once your posts go live, please share with your friends via email, your website, Facebook, Twitter, and any other social media. The more people view your post, the better is it for you and the better it is for Glowpeople!

Glowpeople may edit your post slightly to correct language for example, we will however never change the content or meaning of your post.

Submissions: Please send your post in an email and include your bio and a picture of yourself. We prefer pictures that are casual and natural as opposed to staged. Please keep your bio to just 2-3 sentences.
