Eating eggs once or twice a week will add a lot of essential nutrients to your diet. Sumac is a spice made from the Sumac plant and the red dried crushed berries that grow on it. It adds a lovely mild lemon flavour to food, is full of amazing antioxidants and is just amazing with eggs! I was surprised when I knew that Lebanese egg is totally different from the eggs other parts of the world have. This recipe looks really enticing, and I really want to try it for myself! Than you for posting this recipe and the instruction on how to make it. Though I am not a fan of egg-related recipes, I was motivated to try it anytime soon! Lebanese eggs with Sumac looks nothing but a great recipe. Lebanese must be really so proud of it, isn't it?
