Ingredients: 1/2 cup Dates (Fresh dates make this recipe much more delicious) 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut 1/2 cup Oats (organic rolled oats are tastier and have better texture) 1/2 cup Almonds (you can use sesame seeds to be nut free, also very yummy with the dates) 3 Tablespoons Coconut Oil Juice of a small Orange - some zest is optional Directions:

I am after healthy food right now! If there are sugar-free desserts nowadays, we should choose it because it's healthier. That's a proof that we can still get a chance to enjoy desserts while staying on our lane being a health-concious person. Well, I haven't tried baking sugar free desserts, actually. I didn't know it was possible. But I am already looking forward to taste it, especially now that you have written the instruction on how to achieve it!
