600g baby new potatoes halved
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh dill
2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon white sugar (I am not normally fond of using sugar in recipes but this is a really tiny amount that is needed to break the acidity)
