Banana Turmeric Muffins

Benefits
These sugar-free delicious muffins are full of goodness and are a great way to add turmeric to your diet. Turmeric has been scientifically proven to have powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, and anticancer qualities. Add them to your children's lunch boxes for a great healthy treat. 

 Ingredients
2 cups organic wheat flour
1 cup chopped cashews
3 mashed ripe bananas
¼ cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon each cinnamon, turmeric, nutmeg, cloves, and salt


Directions
1. Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls. 
2. Slowly mix wet ingredients into dry, and pour into lined muffin tins. 
3. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
