I've just finished reading 'No Sweat' a fabulous little book by The Wellness Brothers. Most people I meet seem to have very little time for exercise in their day, yours truly included, and my advice is always to increase activity as much as possible by using stairs and walking whenever possible, and also by providing people with online resources for exercising in the comfort of their own home (look at my previous posts)...well this book tackles just that, and in an easy to follow guide. 'No sweat' shows you how to include short bursts of exercise into your day (only 2-3 mns each time) and in the process work your whole body out. I love how the well thought out exercises cover upper body, lower body and core so that you have an evenly balanced body … and you can honestly do these anywhere...I highly recommend it to anyone struggling to find time for fitness and is desperately looking for a solution…well here it is!
