Practice "one-breath" meditation:
You don't have to spend years mastering meditation to do this! This one-breath method is a powerful, straightforward relaxation technique that can be practiced anytime, anywhere. Try it whenever you feel fatigue or out of whack... Sit in a comfortable chair, straighten your back, relax your shoulders and take a deep breath. Let the air "open" your chest. Imagine that it is filling every cell in your body. Hold the breath to the count of 3, and then exhale releasing every bit of tension. Repeat 8 times for a quick pick-me-up!
