USE: L-Cystine is a non essential amino acid that is easily obtained in the diet.
It acts as an antioxidant and protects the body against radiation and pollution. SOURCE: L-Cystine is naturally found in foods that are high in protein. These include meat, eggs, dairy products, beans and whole grains. Good vegetarian sources of cysteine include broccoli, onions, garlic and brussel sprouts.
