I chose to start this detox following an extended vacation with my family and too much good food! I came back with a few extra pounds and was desperate to lose them. I didn't want to go on another diet and so this seemed like the perfect solution for me. It completely put me back on track. I lost 3 pounds in the two weeks, but more importantly my sugar cravings disappeared and I feel better than I have in a long time. Note to self: must do this twice a year!
I love that this cleanse made such a big impact in such a short period of time. 14 days, totally manageable! I chose to go on this detox mostly because I wanted to make a transition to a vegan diet. I completed the 14-day cleanse and felt amazing. I noticed improved digestion, I was sleeping better, my energy was better, I wasn’t bloated anymore, my chronic muscle tension and joint pain improved and I even lost a few pounds!
