​The Groundwork of all happiness is good health!
Optimum Health (the kind that gives you more energy than you've ever had!) is all about the amazing food you eat and the way you choose to live. Feeling burnt-out and fatigued breaks us down physically and emotionally and wreaks havoc on our immune system.  
Several years ago my energy levels hit rock-bottom. I remember clearly a morning in October when I dragged myself out of bed yet again, feeling more tired than when I had gone to sleep.  I realized I needed to take action and so began my journey to regain my energy with fabulous food and authentic living as my primary tools. The last few years have been amazing and completely empowering and I finally feel vibrant, alive and present in my life.  My passion now is sharing with my clients the most powerful tools that I have discovered for restoring optimal health and energy. 
Glowpeople is a sacred space where I share my experiences and reflections on health, happiness, food, spirituality, green living and energy.  I hope it inspires you to begin your own journey to the amazing life that awaits you!
